Where can I get Doughy products? You can buy Doughy products online and at our stockists.

Is the cookie dough safe to eat raw? Yes! Doughy products are safe to eat raw as we do not use egg products.

Can I bake my cookie dough? Yes! You can eat your cookie dough raw, bake it or do a bit of both. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees celsius then line a baking tray with baking paper. Roll your dough into roughly 4cm balls then pop on the tray and lightly flatten with your fingertips. Bake for 10-13 minutes depending on desired doughy-ness. Who says you can't have your dough and eat it too!

What flavours are vegan? The Chippy, gluten free Chippy, Chocolicious and Naked flavours are vegan.

What flavours are gluten free? Currently our the gluten free Chippy is our only gluten free flavour. It is also dairy free and vegan.

Why are only certain flavours vegan? Our Funfetti and Nutty flavours are not vegan as the Mini M&M’s and Peanut M&M’s contain milk products.

How many cookies does 1 tub make? Each tub will bake approximately 8 - 16 cookies depending on the size of each ball.

What is the best way to eat cookie dough? Honey you dough you! You can bake into cookies, make ice cream sandwiches, make cookie cookie dough sandwiches or simply grab a spoon and eat it on the kitchen floor, the possibilities are endless!

How do I store my cookie dough? Once you've received your cookie dough just pop it in the fridge as soon as you can, it's as easy as that! 

What is the shelf life of the cookie dough? If you are unlike us and have self control, your dough will last for up to 3 months in the refrigerator. Doughy products can also be frozen for up to 12 months.

Is Doughy cookie dough nut free? The Funfetti, Chippy, gluten free Chippy and Naked flavours are all nut free. Our Chocolicious flavour contains almond milk and our Nutty flavour contains peanut butter and peanut M&M’s. Although we are very careful when preparing our products, all our cookie dough products are produced in the same facility, therefore there is always a risk of a trace of nuts.

What licenses does Doughy hold? Doughy produces its cookie dough in a fully licensed commercial kitchen with a current Brisbane City Council Food Manufacturer certificate.

shipping & delivery

*When will my dough be shipped? We aim to have all orders placed before 10pm, shipped out the next business day however we can experience delays during peaks. If your delivery location has a longer delivery time, we will often push back your delivery if it is likely that your parcel will be in transit over the weekend.

Where do you deliver to? Doughy currently delivers to the Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Toowoomba regions as well as Sydney and Melbourne. We can ship to other locations for an extra shipping fee. We are working on delivering to other locations! Please note we do not ship to P.O boxes or parcel lockers. For commercial addresses, please specify the building level and company name for delivery

How is the dough shipped? We ship our dough in styrofoam boxes to keep the cold in and the heat out!

My dough arrived and it looks ‘melted’? Our cookie dough is a refrigerated product therefore the dough will soften when it is a room temperature for an extended period of time. If this happens, just pop it in the fridge or freezer to cool down and harden up. Please note the dough is perfectly safe to eat and it has not spoilt. The dough can last weeks without refrigeration and not spoil.

How much does delivery cost? 

Brisbane is $10: Estimated delivery is 1/2 - 1 business day

Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast & Toowoomba is $15: Estimated delivery is 1 business day

Sydney is $20: Estimated delivery is 1 to 2 business days

Melbourne is $25: Estimated delivery is 2 to 3 business days

Shipping prices are for orders of up to 4 tubs of Dough. An additional delivery fee will be charged for larger orders. Please note we can not guarantee delivery times as once our dough leaves our hands, it is under the control of the courier. 

Please note pricing for different suburbs within these regions can vary. If the price is drastically different to the shipping price you paid, your order will be cancelled and fully refunded and we will email you immediately to explain the situation.

*Please note our cookie dough is only ship on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. We do not ship on Friday or over the weekend as our product is perishable. Your order must be placed by 10pm Wednesday to be shipped on Thursday. Orders placed on Thursday, Friday or the weekend will be shipped Monday. Orders for Melbourne and Sydney can take 2-3 days to arrive therefore shipping may be postponed to Monday to avoid having the parcel in transit over the weekend.

• All sales are final

• Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been prepared and are ready for pick up. If you do wish to cancel your order after this time, you will not be refunded.

• As our products are perishable, Doughy cannot accept refunds, returns or exchanges.

• You are not eligible for a refund if your dough is spoilt due to it being unattended for an extended period of time

• You are not eligible for a refund if your dough has been redelivered to the sender due to incorrect shipping information

• Doughy is not responsible for a delay in delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information

• You will be charged full price for the product and shipping if the parcel was not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information

• Doughy is not responsible for theft or damage to your product if left unattended at shipping address

• Doughy is not responsible for a delay in shipping due to issues with the courier

• Doughy makes no guarantee of shipping times

• A full refund will be provided if you can provide sufficient evidence that you received a faulty product
